What is a preventive health course?
A prevention or health course is a measure that has been certified in accordance with Section 20 SGB V. This certification offers some advantages for you:

Support from the legislature

Financial support or even complete coverage of the costs by all statutory health insurance companies (GKV) and many private health insurance companies

Quality assurance through the Central Prevention Testing Center (ZPP)
The ZPP is commissioned by the statutory health insurance companies to assess the quality of the respective course. If it meets all the specified criteria, it is certified and therefore financed by the health insurance company.
Conditions of participation and reimbursement of costs
This course is financed up to 100% by health insurance companies. The prerequisite is participation in at least 70-80% of the course hours.

Course details
Strength, intensity and movement coordination are essential to fundamentally increase physical and mental health resources. Every person was born with the prerequisites to be able to develop these potentials to a high degree even in later life. If we neglect the development of innate movement potential, we lose health resources and quality of life.
Functional movement patterns (functional fitness), short intensive interval training (HIIT/HIT) and coordination training are highly effective and proven forms of training to build both physical and mental performance. After each course unit, participants receive course materials with the essential concepts of the course unit, tasks for the week and possible implementation in everyday life.
This course is an 8-week physical and mental challenge with clear goals, lasting, noticeable and measurable results, led by an ex-competitive and professional athlete.
Registration and costs
The course with momentum coaching takes place once a week for 8 weeks. The total price is €295. After completing the prevention course, you will receive confirmation of participation from the course instructor and you will submit this to your health insurance company for full or partial reimbursement.
Places are limited to 12. The registration deadline is January 15, 2024. On the right you will find the registration form. About a week before the course starts, you will receive an email with a payment link and further details.
